According to the US Department of Labor, the number of Life Coaches employed in the US is expected to grow 21% by 2022 (that’s in the next 5 years).

Over the same period, overall employment growth is projected at 10.8% and the average salaries of Life Coaches are estimated to be in the range of $50K – $75K, with the top 10% of coaches earning $100K and above (Health Coach Institute, 2021).

At Breakpoint Coaching Collective, we specialize in equipping, training and launching Christian Life Coaches into successful marketplace ministries! The world needs Christian coaches who have the heart of God and who are led by His Spirit to do as Webb (2016) Coaching is an ongoing intentional conversation that empowers a person or group to fully live out God’s calling.”

It is my desire to pour into the lives of Coaches like yourself who are ready and able to fulfill this amazing call on your life.

You will receive hands on experience and one on one mentoring and coaching.

Our training is excellent, relevant, rigorous and in alignment with industry standards for coaching, personal and professional development and comprehensive instruction for each learning style.

This comprehensive program consists of 12 modules of coaching utilizing innovative and specific coaching techniques to include experiential learning, modeling and practicing coaching techniques for powerful, effective and successful coach and client interactions and a strong business development component.

You will devote 15-20 hours per week perfecting your coaching techniques and building your coaching business (practice) per week (approximately).

Upon completion, Coaches who complete the Breakpoint Coaching Collective will:

1. Be fully certified and credible as a Certified Christian Life Coach

2. Be able to immediately and confidently coach and serve your specific individual/group clients

3. Build sustained financial wealth and make a living serving others as a Christian Life Coach

4. Have a fully established coaching business/practice to include, resources, tools, tips and contracts and forms and ready to attract, market to and accept new clients

In addition, each Coach who completes the program will become a part of the Breakpoint Collective Community of coaches and will be added to our directory for the purpose of cross referrals and support.
